There are instances when companies would require certain criteria from their staff for particular sites. To ensure that the staff rostered have all the skills needed to fill a certain position, the Skill Matching feature in Guardhouse can come in handy.
This will allow companies to create Role Templates that can be assigned to sites requiring them. Role Templates can be selected on the Schedule page per site/shift. Once loaded, only the staff that meet the criteria set on the role template will appear for rostering.
