O’Neill & Brennan Security was established in 1990 as a dedicated recruitment and logistics solutions business to the construction industry in the UK. With 14 offices across the country, they’re able to service all of their clients with integrated, innovative security solutions based on their needs. O’Neill & Brennan specialise in security matters like Security Manned Guarding, Security Dog Patrol Service, Face Recognition, and Crane Safety & Protection.

O’Neill & Brennan Security’s Challenges

The most pressing challenge that led O’Neill & Brennan to Guardhouse was their struggle with scheduling for large sites in advance. Manual scheduling processes meant hours upon hours were spent scheduling guards and checking that all accreditations were up to date for compliance. O’Neill & Brennan also expressed regret that such time-consuming admin processes meant they had less time to spend speaking directly to clients and building up those relationships – an area they wanted to devote more attention to.

These automations extend to compliance checking, with all SIA licenses now on their system and able to be run through the SIA database automatically – ensuring their guards are always compliant before they can be scheduled. The impact of automating these processes has been enormous.

Implementing Guardhouse’s automations has dramatically cut down the time we need to spend on admin. Our team has more time for speaking directly to the clients now, which was always our goal.
